The project was set up to explore the feasibility of researching the impact of staff rewards and recognition policies and practices on student well-being, drawing on policies and practices in some Centres for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.
The project was funded by the Higher Education Academy through the Subject Centre for Health Sciences and Practice, the Subject Centre for Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Medicine and the Subject Centre for Social Policy and Social Work. On behalf of the Subject Centres many thanks to all the CETLs who contributed to the project.
