Occasional Paper 7: Women Only Networks: Four Case Studies

Summary

The project adds an additional case study to four already completed with WLE funding in 2008, to write a book proposal on ‘Senior women at work: Support and challenges’, and then to draft the book. The published book would ensure wide dissemination of a project on the support and development of senior women at work, already funded by WLE. The proposal links with the underpinning dimensions of social justice and equity and conceptualising and theorising the work place as a site for learning.

The project is based on the earlier project Strategies and processes by which women in senior roles sustain and develop leadership abilities.
