SummaryWorking with ten practising teachers will be an investigation into the benefits and limitations of continuous professional development (CPD). The teachers have a range of experiences, specialisms and teaching contexts and have in common the recent completion of a Masters’ degree. The work will be for a period of over one year to document and reflect on a variety of school-based and external CPD.
